Occasionally, the cartridge won't boot properly when the battery is flat (seen in Zelda on the SNES). 

Normally suitable for Gameboy and GBC cartridges, the legs typically need a little modification (bending) and a short length of wire (appx 3mm) will be needed to complete the circuit. This is due to the legs being in a slightly different orientation to the originals. 

You should check the battery type in your game first, as a smaller battery is available, CR1616, which is more commonly used (see below). </td></tr></table>]]></description>
