It's as good as the real thing, because it is the real thing! Saved my gameboy from the landfill.

I found it easy to fit as its just a cable to swap. One thing I will say is make sure you pull out the "locking mechanism" that holds the plastic connetor in place. It will then come out easily.

I found it best to push the old screen out from the front, to do this you have to remove the front plastic "lens". For me, it was worth replacing this lens at the same time as it was scratched!
